Phillip KaufmanCompany President
Phil is the founder of this progressive, solid, and stable company, which was formed in 1985. He is also a Certified Court Reporter (CCR) and a Notary Public. He most recently co-authored a college-level course on the art of real time speechwriting. Please visit Voicerite's website. He also co-founded a company that is one of the leaders in court reporting speech recognition technology, Audioscribe, Inc.
Betty RogerOffice Manager and Bookkeeper
Betty is our office manager, and deals with all aspects of billing and payment. She also deals with the day-to-day business of the firm. Betty is an integral part of our firm, and provides excellent and caring service to all of our clients.
Carol Kaufman-WyattOperations/Scheduling Manager, C.C.R.
Carol is the Operations/Scheduling Manager. She is also a Certified Court Reporter (CCR) and a Notary Public. She is an excellent problem solver serving as the manager to our court reporters. Carol goes the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly between court reporters and our clients, and has an expert knowledge of legal procedure, whether inside the courtroom or out.
Amber MoreauChief Scheduler
Amber is a recent and valuable addition to our firm. She takes our incoming calls and is responsible for scheduling court reporters for all of our clients. Amber serves as the "voice" our clients here when they call in and is the first to listen and respond to all of their needs.
Jessica LoughProduction Manager
Jessica is our Production Manager and produces all the transcription and deposition work. She provides customer support for deposition-related concerns, and ensures that our clients are happy with their final product. Jessica also provides content input for our firm's website.
Katherine BrownShipping Manager and Chief Production Assistant
Katherine finalizes, ships, and hand-delivers all of the transcripts that come through our office. She is also responsible for maintaining our production stock, tracking our depositions, and processing all of our read and sign information.
Paul Scallan, Jr.Senior IT Consultant
Paul is our most senior IT consultant and he has vast experience in a number of IT fields. He has designed and maintains our ever-growing advanced network system. He helped make easy online file transfers between reporters, their transcriptionists, their proofreaders and our offices a cost-effective reality. This service is setting the mark for other reporting firms nationwide. He also designed the first of its kind IP-based public videoconferencing facilities. Our videoconferencing services are setting the standard for others evolving into this field. Paul is available to answer your technical needs.
